Apostle and Co-Founder
Apostle Bell has served in the ministry as a Bible instructor, Sunday School Superintendent, Administrator, Media Minister, Deacon, Helps Ministry Worker, Usher, Street Minister, Children’s Church Instructor, Armor Bearer, and Hospital Chaplain. He has preached in various venues such as churches, radio stations, nursing homes, weddings, college campuses, homeless shelters, and in the streets.
Apostle Bell’s community involvement includes Volunteer Chaplain – Cape Fear Valley Medical Center; Workshop Instructor – Cumberland Community Action Program’s ASPIRE Program; Ministry to the Elderly – Whispering Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Center; and, Partner – Cumberland Interfaith Hospitality Network (transitional housing for the homeless).
Dr. Bell is an Army veteran and has served in positions, such as platoon sergeant, senior drill sergeant, instructor, paratrooper, office manager, and section chief. He has earned an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Central Texas College, an Associate’s Degree in Christian Studies from The Sure Foundation Theological Institute International, a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion from Liberty University, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources specialization) from Liberty University, and a Doctorate Degree in Theology from the North Carolina College of Theology. He was ordained by the North Carolina College of Theology, Wilmington, NC, and was officially licensed by Liberty Christian Center, Killeen, TX and by The Sure Foundation Fellowship, Mount Clemens, MI. On February 8, 2014, Dr. Randy Bell Sr. was licensed, ordained, and affirmed as an Apostle by Without Limits Ministries, in Fayetteville, NC. Additionally, Apostle Bell is a certified Chaplain and a member of the International Federation of Christian Chaplains.
